Been so busy working on getting ready for Europe this week, and completing some projects here, that I didn’t have a chance to post anything in the last couple of days, though a lot has been happening – so much that I am having a hard time keeping up with it all.
First, I was able to set up a Meetup/Tweet up in London this Friday evening at 6PM (London time) - I put the details in the sidebar but here’s the link – right now I have no idea how many people will come. As I am flying into London early on Friday morning, and doing a rescheduled Instant eTraining Webinar for Bob Tripani just before the meetup, Friday looks like a very long day, and I’m sure, by time it’s over I’ll be totally zonked out.
On Monday, September 26th, I’ll be the guest and part of a private event at the offices of the COI (Center for Information) in London for Government Officials, but there may be a few passes for guests, and I will be inviting a few to come. Later on Monday, which is actually Tuesday morning in 9/27, early, I’m debating @thebrandbuilder – Olivier Blanchard as part of Beer Diplomacy, a program I was on once before last year. That’s going to be another, very long, long day, but I’m up for it ……. ha! At least, I am saying that now!
My guess is, and hopefully I’ll will be at my best (it will be 2AM in the morning for me in London) is that Olivier and I will spend a bit of time, no so much debating (but who knows, that was the plan) as remembering Trey Pennington, who we both knew (but I didn’t know Trey as well as Olivier). We’ll see how it goes.
Maybe 5 hours later, after that call is done, I’m at The Hospital Club for my London Book Signing - in Soho; an Advisory Board meeting and Dinner will follow. If plans hold up, I’ll visit Edelman’s London offices Wednesday, than head over to Rome, where I’m doing another book signing on 9/29, the details are as follows (translated from Italian – not too sure of the translation).
