Technorati Teams with the Wall Street Journal

Technorati is now supplying blog stories to the Wall Street Journal according to Steve Rubel of Edelman; Technorati is an Edelman partner.

For example, todays free version of the Wall Street Journel has a story about Web Gamblers:

Web Gamblers Have Little to Fear
From Crackdown on BetOnSports

At the bottom of the story the Technorati Box appears

I was going to report on the new version of Technorati that was released yesterday but it seemed to me most of what changed was in the appearance, not the functionality - and I’m become more selective on what to comment about in general.

However, things like this are major as it’s a way, I feel, to get stories that would otherwise not appear in the WSJ to be presented alongside the regular content of the Newspaper.

Now I wish they’d write an article on Web Metrics or Web Analytics.
