Search term analytics gets more interesting - 103bees.com

Seth Godin is interested in 103bees.com  and other free tools like Hittail from Connors Communications that provide information queries from search engines that land on your site.  I have been studying this information for a while and always have my eye out for the next wave of tools.

103bees and Hittail appear to be similar in what they offer.  Keywordmax ties all the keywords that land on a page to that page - give you the number of clicks and the exact detail of each plus any conversions that came as result.craftsman-house-plans.JPGhey

In terms of these tools becoming more interesting - I have not used either tool yet - but I have used KeywordMax both to track conversions AND to see the exact traffic that comes to a page of my clients’ site.    In a sense, by doing just that, I find out what visitors think the page is about - and what it should be about.

Hi there Marshall. I just want to drop a note that we don’t view HitTail as analytics so much as we do a writing suggestion tool and free natural search optimization service. It doesn’t give you data to ponder so much as it urges you to take specific actions.
