I’m thinking of nich services like SEO and Web Analytics - but I’m sure this service could be used in other ways as well - and it’s not actually that new as a commenter posted that Keen.com and others had used a very similar service since 1999.   However, it’s really all in how services are packaged; the Keen service was for fortunetellers mainly, and Ingenio’s new Pay Per Call service is for anyone who wants to market themselves and get paid directly via the PPC transaction.
