9/11 Video

I have a 9/11 Video … except it's the one I took tonight while passing by near the location of the former Twin Towers:

September 11 2001, a fateful day "when a series of coordinated terrorist suicide attacks by Islamic extremists, on that date, 9/11, upon the United States of America" occured. I remember where I was, in Brooklyn, working the night shift at  the New York Stock Exchange computer operations; I had just gotten out of work that morning and heard about the Twin Towers being destroyed as the "The tremendous force exploded the walls and entire structure out horizontally of the World Trade Center's Twin Towers.

And 9/11 has so many names, who can forget the Reflections of a Nightmare , 9/11/01 and it's all so strong and hot, that Google HotTrends has almost 25% of the trends about september 11, or the more precise date, of september 11 2001, or how we now refer to 9/11, as september 11th;  9 11, or 9/11, and the 9/11 poems that were written about september 11 2007 which tell most of the facts about what really happened (but not all of them), what really was done (9/11 facts) to us as a nation on 9/11/01 when the twin towers fell and there were so many 9/11 articles, all over the place with  9/11 pictures that we could not get enough of.

The Lessons of that day, or the september 11 lesson plans are full of 9/11 quotes, quotes about 9 11 or  sept 11 are etched in my memory and while I don't like to read september 11 poems and remembering 9/11 is very painful and depressing, the september 11 pictures including all the 9/11 myspace layouts which are full of details about the september 11 facts, and a 9/11 video, that I often think back of how I managed to get though those touch, lean times.   It all stared, according to Eclectic Commons, with "… a Tuesday morning six years ago. Summer was nearing its end, but it was one of the clearest days that year, bright sun, the sky blue and cloudless, a warm day. In every way idyllic".   And then……Bam!!!

As I headed for an F train home, a black plume of smoke covered the New York Sky and after looking at many photos from "collection of screen shots from over 250 news sites around the world (that) was taken on Sep 11 and 12, 2001", I suddenly remembered how we all thought this was terrorism and how scary it all was and is.

Once I got home I watched the all the september 11 pictures and 9/11 video, wondering if it was all a Conspiracy to trick us all into giving up our rights and liberities.  In the days that followed I smelled the thick black soot remembering 9/11 , the sky looked so barron and jet planes were constantly patrolling the sky.

There are many sites offering a verion of the september 11 facts, but so much of those facts were skewed by whomever reported them that I'm really wondering how much information we get is true and honest.  I never spent much time looking at 9/11 videos, but if I had, and I certainly should do something on 9/11 to remember the brave people who died on airplaces crashed into helpless tower.

The whole thing make me tired, just thinking about or remembering 9/11, full of 9/11 quotes about the Twin Towers.

I think it's time for me to go to bed and wake up tomarrow, and try not to work too hard, and to think about how I managed to recover from a very difficult time for me just after 9/11/01.
