Infographics:

There’s a cool infographic on Social Media Monitoring tools I found today while using Zite that shows 2/3 of users would switch platforms if they found something better (but we don’t know the sample size and the infographic is skewed towards twitter). I found another infographic on Workplace Stress on Dr. Ward’s blog, worth noting.  Both infographics would be nice to show in full here, but would take up too much bandwidth, so if your interested, just go to the links above and check them out.

Mobile Analytics:

There’s an interesting Emarketer article on the ROI of Mobile Marketing that says typical CTR can be as high as 10% and typical spend as little as 5% of a online search and banner spending; definitely worth a read, but the article is over 2 years old, so I wonder if the percentages are still as good now.

Mobile App growth is due to skyrocket -and I find the diagram interesting because of the segmentation – these 15 areas lend themselves to Semphonic’s Two-Tier Segmentation and it’s something I’m thinking about right now.

”"

And in a somewhat related stream – there are some questions about the profitability of Video Ad Networks even as a lot of VC funding is pouring into the space – and that is interesting to me as one of the people mentioned in the article will be in the same room with me in the next 24 hours.
