I’m at Social 2011 - the first Radian6 User Conference in Boston, MA with a fantastic group of people who are here to  learn from each other and hear what Radian6 has in store for us and I’ll do my best to share it here.

When attending conferences I often find I learn more by listening to what others have to say at dinner or lounges than at the actual conference, and I suspect that is also true here, but I hope and expect to be surprised Thursday and I think, a lot of eyes in the Social Media World, and even in the CRM world, are focused on Boston just now.   I also see a few people from Salesforce here, which was to be expected, given the announcements last week.
