Alterian/Techrigy/SM2 Social Media Monitoring getting better

Looking forward to the upcoming release of Techrigy/SM2 4.4 next week – I often use Techrigy and find their tool has some unique features with tone/sentiment/emotion that are very interesting to look at and data mine.

Here’s an announcement of what’s in the upgraded Techrigy/SM2- and it’s always interesting to note how the bar keeps getting higher and higher on what these monitoring packages are expected to provide.

I will definitely check out the improved sentiment analysis and location detection – I’ve tested it before and written about it – expect to see a post from me about the new Techrigy SM2 features and improvements within the next 2 weeks.

Alterian is pleased to announce that SM2 4.4 is scheduled for release on Monday February 1, 2010.

  • Email alert sent hourly, configured with search update interval
