I agree, we have tried the spend $1m in one month on Social Media an failed.

Having said that, there is the engagement mindset that needs to evolve. Probably the best way to articulate the path to success comes from this blog post http://blog.joelrubinson.net/2009/08/shopper-path-to-purchase-a-new-approach-to-media-planning/
