		<description>Thanks Tony  - The Forrester Wave report on Listening Systems wasn&#039;t well publicized - I was unaware of it, myself, till today - but it&#039;s nice that Nielsen allowed a free online copy of the FW report - and it&#039;s important to note how new, young and rapidly changing the Social Media listening space is.

I also noted that Social Monitoring for Branding, which Forrester did report on previously, isn&#039;t the same thing as what they&#039;re reporting on &quot;Listening&quot; systems, which the current report does do.
