Real Time Stream – the hottest topic in Enterprise Computing. This tool is designed for small business teams. Live, colloborative CRM. Yammer won TechCrunch 50, but it’s just a messaging system.
Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Friendfeed is sucked in to this Social CRM, and you can search Twitter then capture the Twitter contact in Bantam.
Interesting …. This Bantam Social CRM, could be, a missing link, to showing ROI for Social Media. While SalesForce is a competitor on the high end, it isn’t, on the SMB level.
However, this Social CRM, isn’t the solution for everyone, but it’s targeting the 2-50 sized firms.
There’s also a panel taking place tonight, sponsered by CRM Magazine. In fact, I have in my hands, June 09’s issue of CRM Magazine with the lead article “You’ll Be Social (soon) starting on page 22.
Is Social Media a “disruptive technology”? Yes, it’s disruptive in allowing people to tune out or create our own messaging, and there is no Brand Management, in the way there has been, anymore.
SocialMedia can be divided by “consumer class” vs. “enterprise class”. The author of “Social Media Bible” here, in front of me, offering the salt of his wisdom .. success his book has, is due to Twitter.
