Reality Check: The Internet’s Impact on Politics: A Conversation With Nate Silver, Fivethirtyeight.com

Nate Silver’s blog was one that i looked at, from time to time, last year, and even quoted him, and Nate says that Obama is going to be graded on a slanted slope that he inherited, but eventually will be identified with him.

Nate was asked how Republicans will get new members from, and it’s not clear, where they’d get them, he said. In the long run, they’d need something radically different, with most Republicans refer to which Ronald Reagan, and he said Bush did major damage to the Repulicans.

David Eisenberg from Freedomtoconnect.com asked a question about climate change (Aka Paul Krugman) which Nate correlated, in voting, to the unemployment and carbon emmissions by district.

Another question revolved around the economy and recovery, the prevelent opinion says economy will recover by midterm elections, but Nate doesn’t see the data, right now, confirming that.

Ha! interesting modeling questions Nate took on.
