You have been an amazing asset to the Web Analytics Association Board of Directors – a force of nature when it came to shining the light on social media metrics. The accomplishments listed above are not just the result of passion but of long hours and dedication. You always passionately embrace the issues at hand and provide valuable insights and fresh ideas. Your intent to benefit the members of the WAA and the social media practitioner community is unmatched. You gathered the people and launched the social media metrics rocket into orbit and for that, we cannot thank you enough. Now that the Social Media Committee has evolved into the Emerging Technologies Special Interest Group, we hope you will stay engaged when you can. I personally hope to continue our friendship and to see more of your paintings.
