PR agencies are also struggling with this new avenue and tools like Radian6 (as well as our tool BrandsEye.com) provide a nice way of empowering them. The use of Buzz and Reputation tracking tool is going to diversify wonderfully in the coming months and I think we going to find some amazing new applications.
