Andy Beal doesn't like the idea of Hakia launching new spin on social searching when he posted on Funeral Home Plans a Social Network (which was a misleading title to get attention).

However, I think Hakia's Social Network idea has merit, depending on the topic of the search.  Hakia is based in NYC and Israel, so maybe I'll see if I can get an interview with them to talk with me more about the new features of the Hakia Social Network offering based around Search.

Personally, I think this is a first, a Social Network based around a Search Query - it's all about who is searching and for what.
