Howard Rheingold Interview – Part 1 & 2 of a 4 part series

As promised, I took a lot of footage of Howard Rheingold as we went on a walk yesterday on a hilly landscape near his house in Mill Valley; it was magical and if I didn't capture all the sound I could have (because I could not keep up with him on the mountain trail).

One of the things I asked Howard, which I did not capture on tape, was if he was writing or planning to write another book.  Howard replied that currently the "Event Horizon" was such that he could not really tell for sure what is coming next; he said, a couple of years back it was easier to see the direction we were moving to.  Now, with change accelerating so quickly, it's like we're in present time and can't see, for sure, how things are likely to turn out or what directions we might be going in, for sure.
