Covering XChange Conference in Napa Valley – highlights of September 20, 2007

Had a great day here in Napa Valley, at the Copia Institute, in Northern California.  This morning I listened to Eric T. Peterson's Web Analytics 2.0 Keynote presentation which was really inspiring.   I also spent a bit of time listening to tips about advanced audience segmenting from Matt Belkin of Omniture.

This afternoon I gave a presentation on blogging with Manoj Jasra and also Second Life Analytics with Jared Freedman.  Later, I listened to Terry Cohen from Digitas talk about measuring engagement.

There was a lot of stuff going out today, a long intense day…I even gave a video testimonial on XChange; wine before dinner and a wonderful dinner capped the evening.   When I went to my hotel room I could have collapsed but ended up going out again for a couple hours, talking with Jared, Elena and  Eric Peterson.

Here's a video I made of highlights of my day today>
