IBM Sentinel 2.0

IBM Sentinel 2.0 sounds so cool and sexy - but you know what?  Maybe it is - I tried to find the first "black box" but had no luck yet.

IBM Sentinel doesnt tell you want the black boxes do - I'm not even sure exactly what I'm looking for since the IBM Codeworks area is kinda dark anyway - and a lot things look like could be black boxes.

Here's what IBM Sentinel 2.0 is about:

"..As participants in Second Life, we want to contribute to the community. IBM CODESTATION is a resource for Second Life scripters and first life developers – sponsored by IBM Rational. It features a growing library of common, open-source scripts and objects; a pavilion for development-related events and seminars; and a Labyrinth challenge. The SENTINEL 2.0 Project is the latest in a continuing series of projects we are developing. "

And this is the kind of stuff a lot of people who spend time in Second Life really like - and I'm glad IBM is doing stuff like this.  When I get together with Developers from Second Life, in real life, like I did at Lit Lounge in the East Village last week, they all like IBM - but for Software Development tools mainly.

BTW, here's a YouTube Movie of IBM Sentinel 2.0 Codeworks:

The black boxes are found in in a tucked away area of IBM CODESTATION reserved for the Sentinel 2.0 Project (Hint: Look for the Sentinel 2.0 FAQ giver and scoreboard). But figuring out how to make them work right is up to the player. Good luck!
