Google Analytics on Mobile Phones

Posted by Marshall on May 02, 2007 | Link It

I have often wished for a way to view the Google Analytics on a mobile phone but given up hoping for much as the pared down JavaScript on my TMobile Sidekick 3 web browser can't handle it.

A mobile application to log into your Google Analytics account and get the top level marketing data has been written but it does not fully work - still, it's an interesting idea, care of mostat.us.

Besides only capturing a very limited set of data, mostat.us only allows you to view the very first account you have under Google Analytics; the other accounts are not viewed and there's no way to select them either.

I'd like to see this application improved to show more features of Google Analytics and let me select which one of my site accounts I wish to look at.  See below, for an example of what you get with this pared down version of Google Analytics.

As if I wasn’t already addicted to checking my stats already! Something like this would make me more addicted ;)
