Cinco De Mayo at Boris & Jeanette's place

I have never been to a Cinco De Mayo party before but I did go to one at Boris & Jeanette's place in Lower Manhattan; I invited a couple of friends to come along with me including Liz Camps from Green Media Inc.

I met Boris Kizelshteyn, part owner of CombinedStory, a Second Life Virtual Development firm, at Virtual Worlds 2007 conference a month ago in Lower Manhattan; it was a nice party – stayed about 2 hours.  There was some live music and it reminded me of how much events and circumstances owe to the eye and mind of the beholder.  In my mind, I was back, in a way, looking at Delacroix's Jewish Wedding – but it was just a Cinco De Mayo party with some good musicans, plenty of booze and good company.

I'm on my way to the Emetrics Summit in San Francisco right now so posting might be light for the rest of the day.
