		<description>&lt;p&gt;that is very deceptive- I hope they get punished for that.  a trick to getting a cheap laptop at best buy is to buy the service plan that comes with it, and ask for a better deal on the laptop.  Then just return the service plan (you are allowed to do that by law, and they cannot take the discount on the computer back), and you will save a few hundred bucks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
