Blogging from AlwaysON NYC

I am sitting in the ballroom at the 36th floor of the Mandarin Oriental waiting for AlwaysON NYC to start.  Free drink, great network, a fancy hotel and lots of well known people, I'm sitting here trying to decide when to start writing - and then I just started - it's past 6 PM, so I guess they're still getting everything ready.

I already ran into someone who reads Webmetricsguru.com (well, he reads a lot of blogs - does not look like mine is that important in scheme of things), Allan Kaplan, President of IPro.   He sorta remembered I asked for access to SPOTSITE - and it did look interesting, a couple of months ago, when I read about it.  Sounds like I'll be given access pretty soon, judging by Kaplan's response.

It's sure nice when the people that have the power to do things are around in one room.
