MapSurface

MapSurface is one Web Analytics program I never heard of till tonight - ConversionRater mentioned it and I tried it out on Pat McCarthy’s blog.

It’s not a heavy weight application but it would suit many of my clients as an additional program running that the can use "Alt X" to bring up stats on any single page they’re interested at the moment.  The ease of use  is what makes MapSurface appealing - if it had more features I’d reccommend it more widely - I don’t think it can substitiute for a a more robust analytics program.

I’m surprised I don’t see more traffic on here - maybe Mapsurface has not been running long enough on this page to collect much data.

Also, the Top Referrers don’t show all - I’d want the ability to see everything - maybe that’s why more people don’t use this product.  First, they don’t know about it - and second - it does not give you everything you want to know.
