Dell Finally admitted it’s computer notebook batteries were defective - something they should have done several weeks ago. Here’s some of my other posts over the last 6 weeks about burning Dell laptops.

Dell should have acted a while back - and where’s Michael Dell? B.L. Ochman has been on top of this story and in contact with Dell since they launched the Dell Blog several weeks ago.
"As I write this, there is not ONE WORD on the Dell blog about the recall.
The company proves, yet again, that it has zero understanding of social media and its impact on reputation and sales.
According to Reuters,
"The [Dell] spokesman also said that the recall would have no "material impact" on Round Rock, Texas,-based Dell.
The batteries are Dell-branded but contain Sony battery cells, the spokesman said."
Wrongo! If Dell computers catch fire, this WILL have an impact on Dell sales regardless of who made the battery. Dell decided to put that battery inside the computer.
Will Dell wake up any time soon? Stay tuned."
Still, what happened to Michael Dell?
