Finally….Yahoo Search is being updated!   According to ReveNews:

They are clearly stating you will be seeing a change in the SERPs and possibly an increase in crawler activity. Not that I have completely given up on Yahoo Search, but I pretty much had … its nice to see they are still alive and making changes to their index. I have seen an increase in crawler activity, but have not seen any change in the SERP’s for the keywords I watch on Yahoo.

Hmm…. just ran a ranking report for one of my clients the other day…the one that complains about their Yahoo rankings and search traffic.   We planned to re-optimize for Yahoo but we’ll probably not want to do anything just now as we want to see how this new update affects rankings before changing anything about their site.
