I have a Google Alert for "Blog Analysis Tools" that sends me a couple of emails a day - most of the time the information is not what I’m interested in. Occasionally, my alert contains something interesting about blogs - sometimes it’s hard to see the reference to Blog Analysis at all. And in other cases, the content is interesting - even if it does/does not relate to blog analysis.
One of my alerts today was for the following Press Release. DomainsBot is an Internet Name Provider that just released a new set of Domain Tools that look really interesting; DomainsBot Labs can be found here.
Search Cloud is an easy-to-use dynamic visual cloud that suggests new available domain names based on relations between keywords in existing domain names. Typing in "home plans" to Search Cloud gave me this:
affordable american business family free garden health insurance online service your
plus a list of available domains - many that I’d have not known about - the size of the text in the Seach Cloud is directly related to how often those words are used in domain names. This could also be a semantic keyword rearch tool.
Word Trends - get the usage of word in domain names over time.
Split IT - Visual Splitter of domain names.
Shadow - uses some of your computer’s bandwidth to process DomainBots jobs.
I mainly worked with Search Cloud.
