I had a long day today, and yesterday too - but Yesterday's late night Chicago Internet eXchange Launch Party where I met some good people, turned out better than anything I attended today.

Yeah, those were good shots, Thanks Gubatron! Noticed Jeff Jarvis and his son (Jake) were in the first shot and Gary Van Der Chuck was in one of the last couple.
Looks like I should have stayed longer - honestly, I never listened to Diggnation before or ever went to a Diggnation Meetup in NYC, and I always wondered what they did at a Diggnation Podcast (show).
Actually, it was pretty entertaining and I noticed the enthusiasm of the crowd - not only that, but the feeling of caring about people went two ways, and I like how Jay came out and told people, including me, that he hoped we could get into the show.
Shows real class - people caring about people, and isn’t that what it’s all about? Yes.
