Web analytics, web metrics, and how to use them to track and improve conversions

I went to the Social Media Mafia "sit down" #NYC at Trattoria Dopo Teatro which was hosted by Chris Hambly.  I had not planned to stay more than 2 hours but ended up staying at the dinner almost twice as long and making many new friends - some who I also saw tonight at a PodcampNYC party in Dumbo.
