Ugh - you got to wonder what the United States is becoming - at least, the political system.
Look at this YouTube video - obviously, retroactive immunity for possible war crimes for the current administration - it seems like they know they did something wrong - and now they want to insure they won't be punished but pardoning themselves.
Darn - robbers in the street have more dignity - at least you know what they want - but these guys - their cold blooded. I didn't predict this - but, quite predictably the establishment is attempting to ensure, however things play out (if they can't somehow stay in power .....) they'll be protected - any any cost.
This is totally insane! Be it a country president or a dictator, the notion of war crime is not under the jurisdiction of a given country and is judged by the world leaders and international treaties such as the Geneva convention. Ask any convicted war criminal and he will find good reasons for doing so. Bush can get all the pardon he wants from his own country brainwashed activists, it will be up to the world nations to decide if he is or is not a war criminal.
