There's a Social Media Survey anyone can take at http://www.contentconnections.com/socialmedia2007/ and at the end of the survey you can get the opportunity to download a paper model of The White House, BMW Mini Cooper, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Memorial US Capitol Building or the Jefferson Memorial.
I took the survey (took about 15 minutes) and I'm curious what form the information that's collected will ultimately take.
I heard about the Social Media Survey from Sexy Widget:

I believe the Social Media Club is based in NYC, which, if I'm correct, means I've probably met Chris (but I'm really not sure); I have gone to a couple of Social Media Club events in NYC this year, though.
