Webmetricsguru’s 700,000th Visit happening today

Posted by Marshall on October 06, 2007 | Link It

Traffic has died down, somewhat, in the last week or two, yet I'm still getting between 3500 - 4000 visits a day on Webmetricsguru.com (at least, till I hit the next "big" post that will magnify my traffic tenfold for a short time) and today, Sunday, October 7th, 2007, Webmetricsguru.com will also receive it's 700,000th Visit.

I've had no luck tracking down the 50,000th visit, 100,000th visit …. all the way up to now…the 700,000th visit.  But my offer stands - if your the 700,000th visit today, and I can figure out who you are, you get a painting of mine.

Here's where we are right now:

Webmetricsguru.com
Site Summary

  VISITS

   Total 698,744
   Average Per Day 5,090
   Average Visit Length 0:60
   Last Hour 158
   Today 191
   This Week 35,633

  PAGE VIEWS

   Total 1,075,713
   Average Per Day 8,830
   Average Per Visit 1.7
   Last Hour 299
   Today 371
   This Week 61,813

And look at the pageviews and visits Webmetricsguru.com has received in the last year (below); last month I got 216,000 visits and contributed over 10% to Know More Media's total traffic for the month (Know More Media has over 100 blogs, btw).

I'll post the details of 700,000th visit (provided that I can catch it in the free version of Sitemeter that's running on Webmetricsguru.com) today, as well.

Here's one of the two paintings of mine you might win (if your the 700,000th visit):

Actually, I looked at this painting today while at my Brooklyn Studio - and quite liked it, I called it "New Still Life" and "The Color of Thought" but you can read more it on my post in ArtNewYorkCity.com titled: New Still Life, if you want.
