I see that Gizmoz has a new beta of it's Talking Head software called Gizmoz Maker.

Here's what I created today - it took just a couple of minutes since I had a photo I uploaded earlier this year when I created this talking head of myself.

Maybe the facial software has become more intelligent - where less interaction is needed than before - which is a good thing.

I suppose, the more this kind of "avatar maker - head - mash-up" services become popular, the less novel they seem to be.   The nice thing about Gizmoz is the high quality of what is produced, that it's viral and free.
