I have to laugh at this if were no so "tragic" ….Comedian-Actor Sinbad Says He's Not Dead. I don't know where my fellow Know More Media author, Gary Bourgeault comes up with these stories … this one is really good …. and shows what can happen when Social Media goes Wild….
"….After someone left an entry saying that Sinbad had died of a heart attack in the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, it was spread all around the web as fact.
The gossip seemingly died down, but people thinking that he had died again, started calling, text messaging and sending him emails by the hundreds.
In a phone interview with the AP, Sinbad said, "Saturday I rose from the dead and then died again."
Stuff like this is going to happen from time to time ..but this is one of the worst cases I've heard of. Glad the rumor was not true…BTW.
