Speaking of ClickTracks - I saw John Marshall yesterday, and the day before ,and the day before that at Emetrics Summit. I also interviewed John Marshall last week on Flash Tagging - ClickTracks stuff ..things like that. Missed his talk...but turns out ...I don't have to miss his training - I think he gives training himself sometimes - or has other prominent analysts and SEO people do it as part of a program that tries to be vendor neutral.
I think John Marshall is very aware, as one of the main members of the Web Analytics Association, that you need to talk beyond a vendor solution - any of them is just one way of doing web analytics. Having said that - ClickTracks has a very strong educational program for people that just want to learn about analytics ....and yes, it's geared around ClickTracks but goes beyond it.
Here's some information about the next set of free classes from ClickTracks - and it's taught by John Marshall.. Hmmm...maybe I'll try to attend, time permitting.
- The next free class from ClickTracks will be on October 23 and 24 and will cover “How to Use Web Analytics to Quantify SEO Work”. John Marshall will teach the class. Signups are available at http://www.clicktracks.com
