Last post for October - rant about Search Engine Halloween logos

A lot of Holloween Logos out tonight - except they're online at the search engines.  According to Revenews

"Looks like "most" of the search engines participated this year with the exception of Microsoft. I guess they are either too stodgy to make fun logos, or they are too wrapped up putting the final touches on Vista and pushing out their IE 7.0 "patch upgrades" on everyone."

I passed by the Halloween Parade in Manhattan tonight - was surprised how many people were dressed in costumes  today.

there were few, if any, art openings though....I guess everyone was going to a Halloween party.
