According to a recent PCWORLD story Google Finance is not doing as well as hoped and Yahoo Finance is attracting more viewership than Google Finance.  I wrote about Google Finance when it first launched a couple of months ago, including posts about the audience engagement  .  It may be that Google Finance, as part of Google’s attempt to become a Web Portal may be streching itself too thin as not all content can be automated (which Google tries to do as much as possible).

 There was a spike in Blogosphere activity in late March for Google Finance but it’s been flat ever since.
