It’s not surprising to me that some SEO people are making money using AdSense (and are not really making it public - why would they?).
"Anyways, I’ve noticed that there are some big-name SEO’s out there who make some money through AdSense and it appears they have a hush-hush policy as well. But, I have to say they can do a better job at making their sites harder to trace. It’s amazing on what you can dig up using MSN IP search, Alexa and DomainTools and a little big of google searches for there email or company name. Some of these guys have legit AdSense sites, others it’s obvious what they are doing. I’m sure i’m missing out on a bunch of other sites they may own. It’s interesting to look and analyze their tactics on driving traffic and increasing serps for these sites. "
Does Tony Hill want to emulate these guy’s or does he think what they’re doing is wrong? Or is he not making a judgement and just calling the shots as he sees them?
When I was at SES, interviewing bloggers for Blogger Lunch there was, I was told, a Black Hat SEO person who Google loves (wish I paid more attension, I was busy interviewing two other bloggers - probably not as rich as the one I missed).
